Our international delivery partner, FedEx, requires a signature for delivery.
If you have not yet placed your order we suggest adding C/- (care of) information to the 'Company' field at checkout if you would like to ship to another person to sign for the item. If you have placed an order, please contact us immediately so we can alert FedEx.
Alternatively, you may want to ship the item to a parcel pickup point such as Walgreens (in the US) or your local FedEx outlet. Some shipments can also be managed in the US with FedEx's Delivery Manager.
