Unfulfilled status simply means an item is yet to ship.
Currently, any orders made after 11:59pm, 17 August, 2021 will not ship until 25 August at this stage, due to a sudden New Zealand COVID-19 Alert Level 4 lockdown. Please see this page for the latest updates.
If you have received an order confirmation via email, this is your assurance that your order has been processed and is queued.
If you don't have an order confirmation via email but believe you have completed your purchase, please check your spam/promotions inbox. Or, contact us here.
Is your item on backorder?
If your item is on back-order and is not going to ship right away we will have a notice on the product page regarding delayed shipping estimates, and it will be listed here. (You may like to bookmark this page).
However, if the item is in stock, it will usually ship in 4-8 days from receipt of the order (Chibi® Coin sets and pre-sales are an exception to this - please refer to the product page for expected shipping dates).
Patience is requested if your order has not shipped within 4-8 days and doesn't contain an item on backorder, as sometimes we experience large order volumes which we work hard to clear as soon as possible.
