- Ensure the code you have input matches the code provided (if applicable).
- Ensure you are logged into your account (sometimes a discount will be tied to your account only).
- Clear your browser's cache, or try another browser.
- If you are still having trouble, please submit a help request prior to purchase and one of our team members will work to solve this. We cannot amend or cancel orders once received, as per our Terms of Service.
*Note: only one discount can be applied at a time. For example, you can not use a Collector Club Reward and take advantage of a special offer discount at the same time. Please see this article for more: Can I add use two discounts at once?
