If your order confirmation email shows an incorrect delivery address, please note the following:
Unfulfilled Orders: Submit a request promptly to change your delivery address. Please include the updated address in your request. Note, depending on volumes, orders are shipped the following day.
Shipped Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot update the delivery address once the order has shipped. If caught in time, we can potentially have the shipment returned to us. A credit/refund would then be issued for your order (once we have received it back) minus the cost of the return to us. You would then need to submit a new order with your new/correct address if you still wished to purchase the product. Note, we cannot guarantee stock will be available if you submit a new order.
Alternatively, if you wish to hold your order for collection at your local FedEx facility, please contact FedEx directly quoting your tracking number to facilitate this.
