Please be aware that you, as the importer, may be required to complete the attached CBP 5106 ID form if importing goods into the U.S. as per the U.S. border requirements here.
Only customers importing for commercial reasons, or importing over $2500USD worth of goods will be required to fill out one of these forms.
As a new customer, you may not be aware of this requirement under our Terms of Service. Once this form is on file you should not need to complete it again.
Please complete the form and return it to your nearest FedEx customs outlet as soon as possible if you have been asked to do so.
