If your order has shipped:
As per our Refund Policy,
If your item has arrived damaged/is missing items, you have 14 days to advise us of any issues.
If you believe your item has not been delivered or has been misdelivered, you have 30 days after a package is shipped to advise us of any issues. All delivery issues will be resolved based on the merits of any further investigation. We also suggest lodging a claim with our international carrier FedEx as soon as possible. Note: A FedEx investigation can take up to 14 working days to complete once lodged.
For New Zealand-based customers:
If your item has arrived damaged/is missing items, please submit an enquiry with us within 14 days of receipt.
If you believe your item has not been delivered or has been misdelivered please let us know within 30 days of shipment. We also suggest submitting an enquiry with NZ Post as soon as possible.
