GST applies to goods imported by consumers into Australia and New Zealand.
If you are located in New Zealand or Australia and you are purchasing goods under $1,000.00, we are responsible for collecting GST on your behalf at the checkout and for remitting this to the Australian Tax Office or Inland Revenue Department.
If an order is being exported to Australia and is over $1000AUD:
If an orders total value is over $1000AUD, Australia customs charges a $50AUD Import Processing Charge and a Biosecurity Fee of $46AUD.
There is also an Advancement fee, equal to the greater value of $20AUD OR 2.9% of duty, tax, entry fee, and other regulatory charges.
These 3 fees will be added to your order at checkout. It will total $116AUD (Import Processing Fee $50AUD + Biosecurity Fee $46AUD + Advancement Fee $20AUD). This is charged in addition to GST.
