If you are unable to see your last purchase it could be due to one of three reasons:
- You were not logged in to your usual, activated account when you purchased the item. You can log in/sign up here.
- You were logged into another account that you had created (by using different details to purchase)*.
- The purchase did not complete as expected. If you have not received an Order Confirmation via email (please check your spam/promotions inbox) then the order may not have been processed. Please contact us here if you believe this may be the case.
*Note: our platform treats all purchases not linked to an activated account as a 'guest' user, and creates a guest profile (non-activated profile) under the name used at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot combine user accounts with guest accounts, nor can we combine two activated customer accounts.
As per our Collector Club Terms & Conditions, you must be logged in to an activated account to gain Credits. Unfortunately, we cannot combine guest account purchases with activated accounts purchases. Please ensure you are logged in prior to purchase.
