There are two reasons why you may not receive a notification:
- Your order was not completed. Please submit an enquiry if you did not receive an email regarding your completed order. In some cases, we can retrieve your abandoned/incomplete order record. However, in some cases, the transaction simply failed for reasons unknown*.
- The email address you entered at checkout contained errors. Note, unfortunately, if you make a purchase under an account with an incorrect email address we cannot combine customer accounts/guest profiles.
*If you do not receive a confirmation email after purchase but your funds have been held or 'taken' at the time you believe a purchase was made, please note it may take 3-5 working days for these to clear as your financial provider runs checks to prove the transaction false. Also note, your cart items are not assured at this time. Your items are only assured once a completed transaction is made and an email confirming this is sent. Please submit an enquiry if you wish to check whether a transaction has been completed.
